"We rented a car for 18 days in June this year from go rent. The service was outstanding and the price was great. We asked to pick the car from the airport and they happily obliged, there was a guy who waited for us with a sign with my name on it and after we finished the paperwork (5mins) we were on our way. Their customer service was excellent and by far better than a lot countries we've been, they were able to communicate well in English and Italian and possibly French. We would highly recommend them, and we will definitely be using them every time we come to Albania which by the way it's a truly astonishing and beautiful country. "

Zeni was very helpful with communication well in advance to work out the details of having the car delivered to the Green Garden Hostel where we were staying. Afterwards, he personally came to collect the car from our hotel in Tirana. The price was great, the service was friendly, professional, and efficient, and our trusty car served us well. If you plan to take it to another country, just alert the staff so that they can prepare the foreign insurance green card. Thanks!"

"Me and my girlfriend visited Albania the summer just gone and hired a car for 10 days. We were able to pick the car up in Shkodra and drop it off at the port in Sarande for a very reasonable fee. The company had the best prices we had seen so naturally we were a little bit skeptical.. but the service and car did not disappoint ! The car was in excellent condition and a very nice drive. Although, the most impressive thing about the company was their staff member Lindrit. I left my shoes and a book at a hostel in Shokdra and he picked them up for me and mailed them to my home in England ! Such amazing service ! When I realised I had left them I thought there was no chance I would see them again, but Lindrit came to the rescue! I am so so thankful to him! Long story short, this company clearly really cares about their customers, Lindrit proved that. If I was ever back in Shkodra I would certainly use their company again, great service."
